This is Western Pack's signature 18" expandable rolling backpack. It offers an elegant exterior combined with all of the internal features that both travellers and student seek.
We recently went to the National ASD Expo. While there were a number of vendors selling backpacks, we judged this backpack to be the best of the show.
What we were impressed most by was the design. Stress points have reinforced stitching. There was more padding in critical areas. The hard plastic base with the extendible stabilizer protects the canvas on the bottom and helps keep water from being thrown up on the pack.
We thought the fact that the manufacturer offers a lifetime warranty on defects in materials and workmanship shows how serious they are about putting out a quality product.

WARRANTY STATEMENT
This product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the pack. The warranty applies for the purposes intended, under normal conditions only. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal and typical wear, accidents, airline mishandling, unreasonable use, negligence, improper care, damage from abuse, or unauthorized repair.
If believed to be defective, please return the product with $15, your reciept, and the warranty tag to the manufacturer. If reviewed and found defective, the manufacturer will repair or replace the item at their discretion. The warranty does not cover shipping charges to the service department. Other repair and/or service fees may apply if the product is not covered under the warranty guidelines. |
